I have over 6 years experience in Social Development Sector dealing with different thematic areas of work especially in DRR, Human Rights, Good Governance, Education and Research.
1)Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
2)Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
3)Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
4)Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
5)Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
6)Review and update credit and loan files.
7)Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
8)Compute payment schedules.
9)Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.
10)Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.
11)Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Identify and recruit the members of the Community Groups based on the criteria defined by EVA Project.
Guide the process of identification of the Core Group members and community Coordinator with in the broader Community Groups as per CGs operational guidelines.
Support the CGs coordinator to arrange and conduct monthly meetings of the group.
Support the Coordinator and the Core Group members in completing the Community Based Monitoring (CBM) checklist for the health facilities.
Assist the Project Officer to collect data for CBM and provide feedback to the community group
Assist the Project Officer to conduct trainings for the Community Groups.
Assist the Project Officer to set-up listener clubs for the Talk Back Radio component.
Maintain and records and the documentation for the CG activities such as minutes of meetings, updated membership list, contact lists, demand logs etc.
Performing any other tasks as agreed with the Project Officers.

Raising awareness on Health and Health Insurance
Arranging and conducting community meetings in 80 Villages of District Sargodha.
Marketing and offering of additional Insurance Policies according to procedure
Collection of detail insurance uptake information in the field
Performing any other tasks as agreed with the Project Coordinator.
Enters, updates and verifies data into various systems for use by all personnel.
Reviews and verifies data entered into database to ensure accuracy.
Tracks documents received and completion dates.
Assists and trains employees and new data entry operators on software programs.
Provides assistance to technical staff to resolve computer and software problems.
Runs and distributes reports.
Creates back up files for all data.
Keep confidentiality about organizational records.

Working closely with the Project Manager, to ensure that the project documentation and reports are compiled and IEC material is produced qualitatively within the appropriate time frame, work plans, objectives and approaches.
Ensure all reporting requirements and project documentation as per donor/HQ/Country office requirement.
Should be proactive in documentation of success stories is completed which will assist in project monitoring
Work closely with the Field teams and assist Program Manager in local level coordination and representation
Undertake regular analysis and assessments of the field
Any other tasks assigned by the senior management for ensuring smooth delivery of the project

Interact and work in project operations with flood affected populations respecting their opinions, experience and participation.
Encourage community participation in the activities carried out by IOM & WSO
Emphasize beneficiary contribution, material and labor, initiative and participation in the clean-up, repair and rehabilitation process.
Ensure the beneficiaries assessment, mobilization and selection is per IOM guideline and standard operating system
